When I get like this, I know that I have entered an anxious state- I am stressed and I am worried about something- my family, finances, health, work…

I really dislike this phrase, “FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT”.
To me, it means that we should go through life pretending to be happy and fulfilled, hiding how we are really feeling.

We all want to be better, to do better.
We all want to be the best versions of ourselves.
Problem is that getting to this point can be difficult when you have so little time and energy left in a typical day.

Do you ever have that inner battle with yourself?
Every single week you tell yourself you're going to start again on Monday.
It's this never-ending battle of restarting- trying to be healthy, trying to eat healthily, trying not to eat sugar, trying to get in your exercise. Then you say to yourself- I will restart on Monday. So, that weekend before you start (again), you eat treats and snacks, because you are starting again on Monday.
