I used to get super stressed over EVERYTHING.


I was overwhelmed, anxious and sometimes even angry when things didn't go my way, they weren't "perfect".

I stressed out my family, making sure our house looked perfect, and putting my unrealistic expectations on them.

In 2017 I completely broke down from the pressure I was putting on myself, and things happening in my life.

I had a choice, to give up, or to move on and change things in my life.

I didn't want to give up, so I asked for help. 


I started to make changes, embraced the mess and I started to heal.

Now, my life is happy, fulfilling and balanced (on most days!)

And I am excited to now share my journey, recovery and daily practices with you.
